Lauri Greenberg has more than 30 years of small business and franchising experience. An established interior designer, she ran her own company for many years. She was also the key supporting partner for her husband, Dave Greenberg, in his longtime career as an executive. In that role, she managed the family household through 20 moves around the globe, from Texas and Michigan to California, Japan, Canada, Pennsylvania, and more.
Lauri and Dave eventually decided to leave corporate life and chose franchising as their path to professional and financial freedom and flexibility. After a friend and consultant with FranChoice helped them find their perfect franchise fit, they became successful multi-unit owners with Salons by JC. Today, their business supports more than 270 licensed beauty and wellness professionals across six locations.
As someone who’s been through the process herself, Lauri knows how to support candidates through the fears and excitement of leaving the corporate rat race for the rewarding world of small business ownership. She’s a nurturer at heart who loves sharing her wide-ranging experience to help others gain a fresh perspective on the possibilities of their lives. Nothing makes her happier than helping others achieve what they want most.
Lauri lives in Nashville, TN, with Dave and dog Buoy. Her son is an attorney in New Orleans, and her daughter works as an interior architect in Denver. In her down time, you can find Lauri curled up with a good book or working in her garden.
